At Marlowe, he was focusing on consolidating critical compliance services like water hygiene, air quality, and asbestos management, and was leading 1,700 employees and a turnover of £170 mn. Andy led 15+ acquisitions totalling > £90 mn turnover in his tenure at Marlowe.

Oscar is a Senior Leader and Investor with deep experience in life sciences, chemicals, and regulated industrial environments across Europe.

He is currently the CEO of Tradebe Life Sciences & Tradebe Port Services, overseeing 250 employees across 10 sites in Europe. Oscar has led 7 acquisitions totalling over $300 mn in sales at Tradebe. His expertise lies in strategy, governance, and scaling complex international organizations.

Oscar is an investor in the leading QSR franchise for Dairy Queen, Pizza Hut and KFC in Mexico as well as the leading new technology dental aligner provider in Mexico. Additionally, he is an investor in a leading UX / UI technology provider for insurance in the UK and has invested in three search fund-led acquisitions all of which have had successful exits.

Oscar has earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a double degree in Business Economics and Law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
